Gotta do the work!
Whether working on oneself or slogging through the heaviness of the unpredictability of emotions and challenges resulting from not being where you want to be as a result of somewhere you are now, shortcuts don't work.
Safety nets seem like a great idea, until they stunt you from truly exploring the vulnerability of having no backup. Failing to develop yourself in ways that bridge your own misgivings and short-sightedness will often lead to the same results you're already experiencing which perhaps displeases you.
You can't build a house by starting with a roof. Habits are really tough to break. If you want new results, means you have to take new actions. Some of those actions seem impossible in the beginning, but they get easier over time. Building momentum by simply starting off with one step may help. Just try and take another step after that. Soon, you have a collection of steps and motion continues, and so the destination you head towards which is ultimately different than where you started approaches.
And there's joy in the knowing. Joy in knowing you're molding yourself, you're enough, and the abundance you desire is available. New actions breeds new results. No shortcuts, maybe in anything?
