Get Unstuck

"The car is unable to move forward."

What an aggravation when you're stuck. There's all sorts of analogies and cliche ways to look at it, describe it however you want, it sucks sometimes. Or does it?

We furiously chase what? A financial goal, a relationship, weight, etc. Sometimes it can be suffocating when the pressures of the things we want/desire/aspire to aren't yet ours. Whether in the process of achieving them or in the frustration stemming from the obstacles, U-turns, and adjustments we have to make; it all seems to make things grind to a halt sometimes. We question and worry and build anxiety and think if we're headed to the right path. Maybe that's just me though.

But I've also learned an appreciation in the muck. In the stuck! Isn't that a place too? And when the worry and pressures from what we "should be" doing and what "we're trying to get to" as well as the "comparison against others" isn't deafening, there's something important to hear.

Enjoy the process. Remove yourself from the magnified situation of the now and lift yourself above it recognizing that we're only here temporarily. Everything passes. And trying your best is what is always enough. Forget the rest. You're enough. I am enough. Today matters and so do you. So do all of us. We need you pal. I'm necessary.
